Oz Abregov, CPA is a partner at the firm of Abregov Parrino, LLP, a consulting and accountancy corporation. Mr. Abregov is a Certified Public Accountant with 22 years of public accounting experience in the areas of auditing, taxation, management and litigation support. Mr. Abregov received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. He is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Prior to co-founding the accounting firm Mr. Abregov practiced public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young, two large international accounting firms. The entrepreneurial climate of Orange County has enabled Mr. Abregov to specialize in working closely with small business owners assisting them with their business development and growth plans.

 

Mr. Abregov has lived in Orange County since 1973, with the exception of a two-year rotation while with Ernst & Young in their Silicon Valley Office in Palo Alto. He now resides in Mission Viejo, California with his wife, son and daughter.

 

 

 

Craig Parrino, CPA is a partner at the firm of Abregov Parrino, LLP, a consulting and accountancy corporation. Mr. Parrino is a Certified Public Accountant with 21 years of accounting experience in the areas of auditing, taxation, management and litigation support. Mr. Parrino received his Bachelors of Science Degree in accounting from California State University at Long Beach. He is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Prior to co-founding the accounting firm Mr. Parrino practiced public accounting with Peat Marwick Main and BDO Seidman, two large international accounting firms. The entrepreneurial climate of Orange County has enabled Mr. Parrino to specialize in working closely with small business owners assisting them with their business development and growth plans.

 

Mr. Parrino has lived in Orange County since 1984. He now resides with his wife and two sons in Dove Canyon, California.
